You are seeking an affordable design option with a fixed cost of $2,000.

You appreciate the flexibility of a Design Day, which can be conducted in-person locally or as an E-Design.

You are willing to provide measurements and photos, actively participating in the design process.

You are looking for a design-only service without purchasing on the client's behalf, site visits, or project management.

You appreciate a digital design presentation with shopping links that you can implement at your own pace

For bathrooms and kitchens, you understand that the service includes tentative recommended layouts and finish selections only with retail links to purchase or from local showrooms.

You need help finishing off a space or two, selecting materials for a project, completing a room, space planning, furniture and rug layouts, bookcase accessories, styling help and more.

You are looking for a quick turnaround and are ready to implement my designs on your own, understanding that most of the links will be for retail items.

You don’t need any customization with regards to furniture or window treatments.

You understand and can meet the minimum product budget of $10,000.

Renovation & New Builds

We are comfortable working with builders from the very beginning of the design process for custom builds, can come on board to help select materials for a semi custom build, or happy to help you through a remodel/renovation, no matter the size
